William R. Stiles is a shareholder of Smith, Schneider, Stiles & Serangeli, P.C. The focus of his practice is real estate law, estate planning and probate law. Mr. Stiles has, in the past, lectured on topics such as securities, regulation and real estate law.

 

Mr. Stiles graduated from Drake University Law School Order of the Coif and National Order of the Barrister's in 1973 where he also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Drake University Law Review.

 

Mr. Stiles is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association Section on Real Estate and Title Law and the American Bar Association Sections on Real Estate, Probate and Trust law, Taxation, Corporation, Banking and Business Law.
