Amy Plummer is a shareholder at the firm whose practice areas include, but are not limited to, corporate and general business law, business acquisitions and transactions, corporate and limited liability company formations and electronic commerce law.  Ms. Plummer has also assisted clients in general real estate law, estate planning and commercial loans.

Ms. Plummer joined the Firm in 2002 after earning her Juris Doctor degree at Pepperdine University School of Law.  While a student at Pepperdine, Ms. Plummer was a Fellow and Founding Student Board Member for the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Law, earning a Certificate with an emphasis in intellectual property law. 

Ms. Plummer is active in the community and her church and has in the past acted as a judge for the National Collegiate Moot Court Championship and volunteered for such organizations as Habitat for Humanity and ChildServe.  In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her husband and children.
